SHIPPING

Where possible we use pre-paid Australia Post Satchels. The following shipping rates are for delivery in Australia.

Postage and handling:

$3.00 regular post - Items under 250grams and no thicker than 2cm
$6.00 regular post. - Items under 500grams
$10.50 regular post - Items 500grams to 3kg
Items over 3kg - postage will be calculated based on postcode or please email.

NB Postage prices subject to change.

We can also ship internationally. Please contact us for delivery pricing to your country.

RETURNS

We pride ourselves in creating high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.

Personalised items are non-returnable or refundable. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace the item on proof of breakage, such as a photograph.

If we have made an error in printing your personalised gift we will replace the item free of charge. We will not however replace orders that are the sole error of the customer...please double check ALL personalised information before placing your order.
